We have different ways of approaching situations in life from viewpoints of positivity, negativity, future focus, past focus, and present focus. We will at times motivate ourselves and other times defeat ourselves before the game/performance even begins. In the best scenario we can influence ourselves in an effective manner, but we can also be our own worst enemy which can result in a make or break performance. The decision is up to you.
